Our greatest potential …

… are our employees. The Brüning Group is growing and becoming more and more international. As a result, we are increasingly looking for motivated people who want to contribute to and drive this growth forward with us. Whether apprentices or new employees, we look forward to every “personality” that enriches our company. That’s why we want to present the Brüning Group with everything that makes it special – its diversity, its spirit and the unique sense of togetherness – and take advantage of opportunities to introduce potential team members to precisely these qualities and values.

Promoting the next generation while growing

For this purpose, we recently presented ourselves at the job and training fair “LastMinit” in Munich from 10-11 September 2021. At the fair itself, training companies still looking for apprentices and young people who would like to start training for the new training year were able to get to know each other, get information and exchange ideas. This year the training fair, organised by the Department of Labour and Economic Affairs of the City of Munich and the Munich Adult Education Centre and supported by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria and the Munich Chamber of Crafts, took place for the first time as a hybrid event – digital and face-to-face. Although we were not there, we were represented online at the digital trade fair from 6-18 September with the aim of getting interested young people interested in an apprenticeship at the Brüning Group.

5th Job Fair in Erding – We are there!

Around 40 companies from the region will be presenting themselves at the job fair from 15-16 October 2021 in the Stadthalle Erding. One of these companies is us – the Brüning Group.

Since 2013, the “localjob Erding” fair has taken place every two years and is intended to give school leavers and young professionals in particular the opportunity to make personal contact with employers for the start of their careers. But people who are already working can also look for new jobs. Regionality plays an important role and is in the focus of the fair. Many people do not want to relocate and give up their circle of friends or leave their family behind. With this in mind, the fair offers current regional training and job opportunities coupled with a balanced mix of industries and a broad spectrum of job profiles.

Since we are also increasingly looking for talents who can actively contribute to the growth process of the Brüning Group, employees from our office in Hallbergmoos will present our company, our philosophy and our work at one of the exhibition stands. Of course, there will also be information about job vacancies, career opportunities and what else the Brüning Group has to offer.

We would like to inform young people in particular about our training opportunities and the special nature of our training. We encourage and challenge our apprentices, i.e. each of them is allowed to take over their own areas of responsibility after a relatively short time and becomes a valuable and valued member of the team. We would also like to reach out to multilingual applicants, because in the course of our internationalisation this is a great advantage and there are many options for employees with diverse language skills.

In any case, we are already looking forward to many interesting and personal conversations at the job fair in Erding, from which perhaps one or the other job interview will result.
